Urgent Help: ITA recieved - ICT Claiming 50 points for Arranged employment

I have recieved but in double minds whether to accept or decline becuase i dont have a proper job offer letter . I am under ICT and per company policy they dont provide offer letter. Having said that they have given employment confirmation letter which states that i have job valid till Sep 2020. I have other documents like reference letter etc where i can show all the contents of job offer but i dont have a job offer letter issued by employer...

Experts please comment and help me

1) It is not mandatory to have a job offer to be eligible or to become a PR.

2) If you meet the requirements, you can claim to have a valid job offer (arranged employment) for extra points. Having an offer of future employment (for at least one year after you become a PR) is one of the requirements.

So you don't need to worry, unless you got the extra points for having a valid job offer (which you do not have).

Dear jes_ON: without this 50 points my scores dip to 420's which makes me not eligible....
I have a letter from the employer - though it is not offer letter...the heading saying employment letter ....which has the following contents
1. employment start date
2. Employment end date - Sep 2020
3. Salary
and in another letter i have roles and responsibilities

Will this not be sufficient ? I should have title as Job offer only then CIC will accept it ?

It *might* work, but the letter is not the only requirement. What kind of work permit do you currently have?

I am under NOC A category with closed work permit with the employer name on the work permit. The work permit also expires in Sep 2020. It is intercompany transferee under specialized knowledge category - Canadian interests ...I have completed one year with the same employer and will continue to work with the same employer
