Urgent help: Invalid oF Immigrant (Spouse) Visa

Hello,
i have got my Immigrant (Spouse) visa in April 2014 through Singapore visa office . This will will be valid till February 2015. but i can't go within this period. Can I re-apply after that time and what will be the procedure? How much possibility to get the visa again if I will not utilize the visa for the first time. Will it give negative impact for applying next time??

You can`t go even for a few days? You can do the landing and then go back.

Most likely you have to apply from scratch and you will have to wait another two years with uncertainty. It's better you go and come back with PR card in hand, fulfill residency obligation later.
