I got my ITA but in my profile I have written 48 working hours per week but I received experience certificate of 40 hours per week from my office,
What should I do ? Please help
Should I deny the ITA or go through it ?

Anything above 35 hours is considered full-time in Canada. So, you have no problem in this. Go ahead with your application.
 
Sir but before getting ITA I have mentioned 48 hours , if it is considered as a lie ?
No it will not be considered like that. You have to enter most of the details again for your PR application, you can correct it here. This is not an issue.

Since it won't change your eligibility nor your CRS, just provide the correct information in your application and explain it in a letter of explanation if necessary. It shouldn't be a problem.
