[ Urgent HELP!!!] How to extend my TRV?

Hello. I am from China. I wanna go back to China this Christmas, but I find that my TRV will expire soon.
Can anyone tell me how can I extend my TRV? Also, how can I extend my Visa in the fastest way? Should I mail my passport back to China or should I just mail all the needed materials to Seattle? (I am in Vancouver). Can anyone answer these questions? PLZ!!!!!
Also, can anyone tell me which materials do I need to extend my TRV?
