URGENT! Help GCMS notes shows problem with ECA!

Hi,
I got my GCMS notes and having some problem with my ECA.
It looks My ECA and PCC are in next review. I had submitted my ECA, done from IQAS in may 2013. Just now I have seen somewhere that before July 2015 IQAS was not valid for CIC Immigration.


Here is the extract from GCMS notes:
***AGENT REVIEW-EDUCATION*** Please note review required for CRS points. ECA provided for PA was issued prior to the date of designation. eDoc: xxxxxxxxxx EDUCATION DOCUMENTS NO ECA OR CANADIAN CREDENTIAL PROVIDED.

DOCUMENTS SET FOR REVIEW: CLIENT INFO POLICE CERTS, EDUCATIONAL DOCS: xxxxxxx


Should I do my ECA again and submit via CSE before rejection? I might not have enough time to redo my ECA and submit in time before next Agent will review my file.
Or CIC will ask to upload ECA again?
Any thoughts?

They tend toreject such files... (when some docs do not meet the req.) based on the forum posts.

I would suggest to 1) upload LOE and 2) get new ECA and upload it.

You will have to get the new ECA anyway to re-apply, so might as well get to it.

But as for this application, they will re-calculate your CRS score subtracting the education points - if you are still above the cut-off for your draw, processing will continue (assuming you applied for CEC). If not, your application will be refused as ineligible.

If you get the new ECA before your application is refused, it won't hurt to submit it with a letter of explanation. But you should be prepared to re-apply...

I have submitted another ECA evaluation to IQAS today but I will have to arrange my transcript to send directly from my university in Nepal..which might take another 10-15 days and it might be too late to submit my new ECA to CIC via CSE.

Yes, I was invited under CEC, My CSR score is 962 points cutoff was 564 at the draw, It will not hurt if they will recalculate and just subtract 120 points that I got from my education but my LMIA shows required education for my current job offer: College Diploma. Do you think due to education my LMIA will also be invalid and will cost me another 600 points? Then I will be be below 300 points which is direct reject.
What do you think and suggest?
