URGENT HELP/CONSULTATION/ADVISE REQUIRED - lost my (Pakistani) passport, C

Hi experts.

I have lost my (Pakistani) passport, Canadian multiple entry visa, SIN no., study permit & work permit and I am supposed to be travelling back to Pakistan within the next two days.

a) I have been confirmed a valid travel document in order to fly back home, but i am unsure if to fly without my Visa, study & work permit in order to return to Canada.
b) Is it better to reschedule the trip and wait for the documents to be replaced and renewed while staying in Canada or should I fill out the application for the replacement and take the trip
c) The urgency to travel is the sudden death of my grandmother along with the financial stress i may have to face regarding changing my flight schedule

my visa and study permit were valid until 2016 and my passport was valid till 2017, but i have heard it is very risky to fly without those documents being replaced and I may not be able to receive them once i am outside of Canada.

really sorry to hear about all these mishaps .... i know you are too in trouble but dear you have to wait for your documents its really risky to travel without these documents... I know you have lost your grandmother and its critical to stay in these cicumstances but am sure janaza of her is already done ..... please think about future.... stay there patiently and wait for documents and then travel back and do sadqa please ... inshAllah everything will fine as soon as possible
its what am thinking
but lets see what other people say in these situation

Thank you so much for the concern. I do agree with you, I have yet to talk with the international office at my university regarding my situation. I believe they must decide whatever is the best possible option, however if it does not confirm my re-entry in Canada even if suggested to leave the country, I have decided not to without getting all the documents in original form and order.

1. Your school must have a copy of your study permit. Or, you can apply for Replacement of an Immigration Documents (IMM 5009). You won't be allowed to re-enter without a valid PP and TRV. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/certcopy.asp
2. My common sense says its better to reschedule trip.
3. Grandmother gone...Think logically.

In any case I have to reply for the renewal of TRV and PP, whats the difference if i apply for it in canada or in pakistan. My stay in pakistan is expected to be for 3 months. Im also thinking there's a good chance of getting both before its time for me to come back if applied as soon as I land.But yes Future>Past hence staying and renewing may be better.
