Urgent help.... BOWP validity!

Hi guys
I was in Canada when i got the BOWP valid until 2018 March, while PR application was in progress

I came to India on Sep 1st because of my mom's health issue

a few days back my PR application got rejected (not showing documents for POF)

my question
Is my BOWP still valid? can i apply for VISA from india and come to canada for selling my car, gather rest of my stuff back and to find ph.d admission.

I think they will reject your TRV application but call and ask. What a shitty situation, sorry about that.
