Are you talking about "Current country of citizenship"? Once you select "Citizen" under Status, the "Other" and "From" "To" will be greyed out (locked).

Do your country have National Identity document? Please verify first if your country have this kind of identification. If none like our country, you should answer "No". Most of the applicants thought that their social security ID, drivers license ID, Professional ID, Tax ID, passports are National Identity documents... but it's NOT. Canada and US have National Identity ID's and other prominent countries.

Verify first... :D

In generic forms the date of expiry is the expiry date of the passport.
hope this helps

ok...

I am confused now..

I have a driving lic. and citizenship certificate..

so are they called national identity document..or not?

very confused..

I don't think this is correct. Passport is not a National Identity document.

ok thanks pal.. i did it..

So your from India and there's no National Identity document in your country I presumed. So the appropriate answer is "NO".

I am from Nepal...

yes, just below passport they are asking for national identity document..which i think like you said..I don't have..so I just ignored it and ticked No..

I think now the confusion is gone..thanks again..
