*URGENT* GCMS - CAN PR OUTSIDE OF CANADA CAN APPLY?

I am a Permanent Resident of Canada and my PR is valid till 2028. However, I am in India as of now. I need to apply GCMS notes for somoene. Under Consent Form, they ask for phone number and address. Should i provide number and address of someone residing within Canada or should I provide my Indian Address? Please advice as i am the only one who can apply for GCMS for them, not anyone residing in Canada wouldnt take the pain to submit.
