Urgent! Final decision has been reached not started

Hi, I am Indian applicant who applied online via CIC. I applied for study permit on 2nd July for the fall 2014.The last update was that I have passed all the medical on 16th July. exams.My application is still open.The wait of 3 weeks is almost over.
Now the current status shows A final decision has been reached not started.
I would like to know how much time does it take to process the application once the medical exams have been passed.
Any sort of help is highly appreciated.

Please be patient bro.
I applied on 31 May and medical was marked as passed on 3 June. Atlast today I got passport submission request, after 52 days wait.

I am not sure if this will help or not but I made one and a day later got a mail to submit my passport. You can give it a shot.
