There is no way to check the stats of your work permit online.

You'll have to wait until CIC notifies you or your agency.

My agency is telling that they can share the screen shot of my work permit status by logging into the CIC, but they cannot provide the login details to check WP status by myself. I asked the reason why can't you share the login details they responded employer is not ready to share the CIC login details, but they are willing to share the screen shot of work permit status in CIC website. Is that ok to believe them? Please advise friends I am waiting for very long time..

Sounds like they are lying to you about something. Why can't they share the login details with you? The TFW application is not your employer's application - it's YOUR application. The login details are therefore also YOURS - not your employer's. Your employer should not have access to this login information. You, on the other hand, should have access to the login information.

Yesterday my agency shared the work permit status screen shot from CIC website . As I could not paste the screen shot here. I manually typed all the details in the screen shot shared by my agency . Kindly go through and advise .

No, from the information provided, it looks like the application is still in process. "Waiting for approval".

Have you checked the processing times for your VO?

Is it 8 months since your employer applied for the LMIA, or 8 months since you applied for the WP?

Tell the consultancy firm they need to give you your user ID and password. If they refuse again - then they are most likely scamming you. Once again, this user ID and password belong to you - not to your employer. You have every right to have access to the application status directly. If they won't give the user ID and password to you - then they are hiding something from you.

Just now spoke to them. They are telling that they are having some SIN number etc.. which employer don't want to share with the candidates. :'( :'( :'(

Contact CIC yourself.

A SIN number is issued to a worker once s/he arrives in Canada on a valid WP. An employer or consultant can't get it for you.

In addition, can you answer the questions we've asked you previously? It *might* help us to help you.

Sorry - they are telling you more lies. I see no reason to trust them.
