URGENT - File Hold Process during pregnancy

Can somebody clarify...

We have decided to defer X-Ray and are completing all the rest of the formalities.
Our application will be kept on hold.

1. Are they going to keep the application on hold for everything until x-ray is complete??
In other words, do they continue to process back ground checks and all other formalities and only keep x-ray pending to be verified ??

I am worried that they put the whole application on hold and I have to run around getting all PCCs etc all over again...

Somebody familier with it.. please clarify...

You will have to provide a tentative date of delivery after providing the date you will be given an extension from CIC. After the delivery applicant must have to complete the medical examination. Please also wait for some senior to get back to you on this.
