Urgent-Fall2016 Concordia univ Quebec- Study permit.Do I still have time?

I just received my CAQ for Quebec. Now I'm going to apply for study permit for fall 2016. Can someone please tell me if I have enough time to get Study permit? What will happen if I submit my application and it is not approved before the classes start? Sept 6th 2016 is when the course starts. I'm really worried. I'm an Indian national currently residing in the US and have to apply from here. I can hardly see anyone posting about applying study permit from the USA. Can I apply online? Can someone pleas help me in this regard. Any information or help will be highly appreciated. Thanks!

You should act fast you still have sometime. Apply online and wait for you study permit.

If you didnt get it send concordia that you study permit was not approved and defer your accepntan till jan 2017.

There is a form that you have to fill to differe your acceptance along with 25$ fee

Good luck in applying for study permit. Dont waste more time and apply now
