Hi! I am from Malaysia and currently applying for LIMA Exempt work permit.
On 14th Nov, I received a letter requesting me to provide Certificate of Good Conduct. But I could not upload the Certificate and I don't know why.
The website requires for Document Number and Expiry Date. But the Certificate I got from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs does not state about the Expiry Date. The Document Number I entered was said INVALID too as it contained symbols and numbers.
May I know has anyone face this issue before? Please advise.
