I am from Hong Kong. I have to take a flight to Canada tomorrow for a vocation. However, I failed to apply for an ETA as ETA claimed that I was a Canadian, so that I am not eligible to apply for an ETA. However, I am from Hong Kong, which is required to apply for an ETA before entering Canada, and I do not hold a Canadian passport, but I do have the American VISA as I will go the US for exchange next month. I have applied for an ETA thrice, but ETA closed my applications as it claimed that I am a Canadian and I have the right to enter Canada, there is no need for me to apply for an ETA. So, I don’t know what I should do now because I am really NOT a Canadian. My parents and I were not born in Canada! What should I do now
