This is the refusal letter I got from IRCC
This letter refers to your application for a study permit. Based on your application and accompanying documentation that you have provided, I have carefully considered all information and I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations. Your application as requested is therefore refused. Under A16(1), a person who makes an application must answer truthfully to all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must produce a visa and all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires. We had requested education transcripts to be submitted by 2018/12/27, and to date we have not received any documentation. Your application has been refused. We also wish to advise you that your temporary resident status EXPIRED on 2019/01/09. You may apply for restoration if, within 90 days from the expiry of your temporary resident status, you submit: a completed application form; applicable fees for restoration and for the immigration document(s). Payments should be made online at www.cic.gc.ca. When you are finished, you must print the receipt of payment and include it with your application. all required documents in support of your application. Please consult the section “Restoration of status” in the application guide: “Applying to change conditions or extend your stay in Canada”. Restoration applies to each member who has lost his or her status. Please note that there is no guarantee your application will be accepted.
The problem is, I DID upload my documents on 2018/12/20, which is a week before due, but I did not know that I had to press 'next' and actually submit it to IRCC in order to replace my documents. So the status is still showing 'uploaded- Not submitted to IRCC' up to today. (I know it is my silly mistake but the outcome is a bit too harsh..) I raised a CSE about this yesterday but I would like to ask for an advice from people. Should I restore my status and apply again? Or should I wait for a response for my CSE from IRCC? Is there a chance that this problem might be solved through CSE?
Thank you for your time!
