My express entry profile expired today while my application for OINP is in assessment stage
I am creating a new profile , however there is a question about if I have applied to IRCc Canada before
Should I answer yes or no (I have not received an ITA before or applied for express entry ,which has expired now )
Please help
 
If you did not receive an ITA that means you did not submit an application to IRCC before. so I'd answer no
