Hello,

I have a friend that got an scolarship therefore is currently studying in australia, he will end his studies this december , after that he would like to study in canada using again an scolarship , or by other means.

I have heard that is difficult to get a visa if you have not been living in your mother country for the last 2 years at least. But that it would be a waste of time.

What can be done in this situation.

I dont think thats true, unless your friend has been staying somewhere illegally.

In fact, I think it should be easier for him to get a visa, since processing times at CHC ISL are quiet shaky

thats not true and no condition to be living in home country.......
