Hi Friends,
I am trying to apply for FSW this year and have few doubts/questions about consultants (I reside in India).
I am aware that I can myself apply on canada immigration site without the help of these consultants, however for some ease in process, etc. I might opt to go to consultant (still deciding).
1) If the consutant is *not* registered to ICCRC, is it ILLEGAL for them to apply anyone's application? i.e. can they still assist (ofcourse they will charge some fees) the candidate for all the application process?
2) Has anyone ever applied for immigration visa (from India) via consultants? Please share your experience if possible.
3) Has anyone used service of particularly "Apex Visas" (or A V Migration) consultants for applying immigration? Please share your experience.
P.S. I am aware I should not give any originals to this consultants (registered or not registered); however want to understand from you experienced guys how is the process and also the legality.
Thanks.
