I got my eca report online. Is the certificate number only received in mail or the online copy also has it ?

Your online copy also has it. Its the reference number ends with IMM or /kt

That's correct, I opened aand submitted my profile yesterday and got the paper copy today. So, no worries, open and submit your profile, best of luck.
