Hope everyone is doing well.
I am dependent family member of a PR holder outside Canada, and my application is in CHC-Islamabad, Pakistan for the last two years.
but there was a change in our family size, and Allah blessed us with a lovely cute girl about two months ago
I sent the following documents,to CHC-Islamabad a while ago for the new born baby.
1-Generic application form(IMM0008)
2-Additional Family information(IMM5406)
2-copy of bay passport
3-copy of birth certificate
4-copy of certified translation
5-4 passport size photos
6-copy of her Afghan ID card and its certified translation
7-copy of 150CAD fee reciept.
I sent eamil to case-specific to CHC-Islamabad and asked for instruction regarding what documents are need but did not hear from them.
not sure if these are the correct documents I sent.
will appreciate if anyone can share thier experience.
