1)OK
2)OK
3)Yeah why not
4) If salary is not mentioned in letter (2), add 12 months, as they need to see salary for at least 1 year. To these, I'll add pay stubs, as it's a great way to show salary. Include something like first 3 and last 3.

I'd also add letter of explanation as to why you were not able to get salary included in reference letter.

Thanks alot peackeeper
My salary is mentioned in the appointment letter and i submitted actually 9 salaries do you think i should raise a cse with the rest of the 3 months?.
I cant get pay stubs requires a lot of clearance form the company. What do yoh think?
Finally, i have already explained why i couldn't get the salary on the letter and also I have explained in details why some salaries are delayed for two months for example do you think that is fine?

Thank you

Have you already submitted the application?... If not, then you have nothing to raise CSE about.
If you have submitted it, yes I'd suggest you complete to 12 months.
But 'd say if you can get pay stubs, I'd strongly encourage you so that you support your salary claim. You can upload just that.
Yes your LOE is fine regarding your salary.

For the pay stubs i lts really hard getting them specially that I have left the company already. They have a policy of not sharing them quite easily what do you suggest

Oh you already resigned. I understand...
Well appointment letter and 12 bank statements should be okay.
Pay stubs were to bring a great proof of salary. It's a highly appreciated document.

On an unrelated matter, i am sorry for that
Now i reside in the UAE and here we have residencr visas issued.
Now at the time of my application, i didnt upload my residence visa as it was expired (expired on 11th of feb and my app was filed on the 17th) and on my old passport not the recent one that I issued in november 2018.

However, i was renewing it by the time of the application but on a new employer and because it usually takes a month or so when shifting employers so I couldnt wait for the new one to be issued for me to upload it.

So my question is does cic require any proof of residence?
When i asked legalfalcon and the others they said only new passport is required this is why i never thought of uploading the old one.
Do i need to imform them that i am renewing my visa now?

I hope i could get your feedback on this @Peacekeeper87

I want to know How much payslips do I need to attach with my application. I had worked with my current organization for 15 months as a Trainee and was getting the salary as cash in hand for that period. However, in December I was given the appointment letter and promoted, since then I'm working as an on-role employee and now getting the salary in chaque. So I do have got 2 salaries in my account and the 3rd one will be getting this week. I hope salary in cash or cheque won't be a big deal!

Also, let me know, which details needs to be mentioned on the pay slips?

They sometimes indeed ask for proof of residency.
Yes, only new passport is required, you did nothing wrong there.
If you want piece of mind, upload your visa via CSE.
But I wouldn't worry much about it, if they want something in this regard, they'll ask for it.
It doesn't affect your critical points. (Eligibility, Security, etc...)

One final thing and I am sorry that everything is overlapping in this thread.
This now is related to the final cse i was planning on raising and that is with regards to the bank liability letter and that is the credit card outstanding amount. Now this letter was expired when i submitted it because according to that letter, it is valid for 15 days and it expired one day before my submission. I didnt wait to issue a new one as it takes time and i might have not made it before the deadline.
Now my question is do i need to send a cse to explain this to them?. Some people have advised me not to, as it will always be valid only for that point of time and that it is a credit card so it is supposed the outstanding is expected to change

Your advise will be appreciated

Greetings Peacekeeper and sorry for disturbing you again, but I have oneast query.
Now as i mentioned the letters provided as reference letters are two, one from my manager and the other one os exactly the same (only intro and ending is different). Now is that ok? That two authorities are signing on letters with the same content.
Also i mentioned in the loe that my manager isnt allowed to sign on letterheads but what I actually meant was that he doesnt sign on "experience letters" on the letterheads and not letterheads in absolute. Is that ok too?
Sorry i tend to overthink and this is why i come up with all this
