Hi canadaforall
You are right they are bunch of idiots with extra burden on their shoulders, I hope in my case it must be the E-CAS status mistake, I my self could not find any problem with my application unless, I miss some thing in the forms, like miss signature or some thing alike.
Thanks

Hi all
I spoke to my x bosses and asked them if they have recieved any query, regarding my self and there answers are negative. Can some one plz confirm if it's possible that decision is made without 2nd AOR, my idea is this sort of things comes after 2nd AOR.
Thanks

Usually they were sending the AOR, and if something was wrong then it went into Decision Made; maybe seniors could tell more.

Hi

Read your post,

Could you share the exact status of your case.

Timelines ?
And also did you sent documents to Local Visa office ?

Reply to get a better view.

EDIT: I can infer from you post below the answers to my questions.

Now since its London Visa office, they have been committing mistakes since this program was launched. I would say let them communicate and if your case is genuine and you are eligible, do not loose hope. You can and will get immigration. It might take time but you will get it. The local visa office might reject it but you can appeal against it and it will work as it has worked in past.

Best of luck

Hi Riz,

I am sure its a system error or a mistake done by visa officer. Email them asking about your ecase and if they have really made a decision you will get a letter in a week time as you are already in london and once you get that see what mistake vo has made and write them back to re-open your case.

Cheers
Saki

Hi saki
Have u got any update in your status; I have already sent an e- mail let see what happens, I am only concern about two thing regarding my application, and they are, when I sent my documents to the London CHC that time I had no UK visa for my daughter because she born here in UK and according to local law she does not need a visa to live in this country unless she has to leave and re- enter UK so we never feel a need of visa for her, I did explain this to CHC in a letter why she does not has a visa, second thing is I may forget to sign some form or may miss to attach some document nothing else seems to be wrong to me at the moment what is your idea guys does my two concerns I just mention could lead to a decision made without 2nd AOR, I think they normally send 2nd AOR and if any thing is missing they ask for it before makin a decision kindly give your opinion.
Thanks

HI

I am not sure about your daughter visa thing but they defineltly cant reject a case just because of some missing documents. My status is still same CIO Review Completed. I send them an email last week and got reply today that " Your application is in process or waiting for a visa officer to assess and we dont need any documents at this stage" this means its still with them with no AOR.

Cheers
Saki

Hi rocky
CIO recieved my documents on April 30 2010,and I recieve my first AOR on June 4-2010, I sent my complete application to CHC London and as per DHL some one named Emanuel recieved it on 21-Sep-2010, since that I have not recieved any reply from them, and after waiting for so long I decide to sent them update copies of my UK visa which was sent on 20-01-2011, and when I check my E-cas status today it went from CIO Sydney eligibility review complete to direct decision made and note I have not recieved my 2nd AOR at all, I hope it helps you to solve the mystery surrounding me. Waiting for ur reply rocky and saki kindly shade some light on this issue what is really going on.
Thanks

Hi pittabread
I am fine buddy, yes I did send an e-mail yesterday but has not recieved any reply yet, how long it takes any idea, I mention the Urgency as well. My own feelings are it is definitely a e-cas error but little bit worried as well, waiting for their reply let see what comes next.

buddy normally takes 3-4 working days although they say it can take upto 28 days. i also think its error. many people are having issues regarding ecas.

Hi pittabread
I hope we are right about our idea of ecas error, I was just reading a post decission made after interview, it is prabjot post and I find out they send the letter to you before updating the ecas as I guess because, she recieved her refusal letter today and her ecas was changed yesterday like mine to decision made, and refusal letter was posted on 27 jan 2011, because I Live in London and even they had sent me any letter like any time last week I definitely have it by now so I think my status is ecas error but let see wait and watch.
Thanks

yep buddy your logic is correct. and i know royal mail is very fast and accurate. you definitely would have got something by now in case of rejection because in case of rejection they send you letter very fast.

but dude why you wana go to canada when you already living in uk.

is uk not any good for you??

Hi pittabread
It is all due to the current immigration policies and economic situation and increase discrimination we are facing in job Market, I did my Msc in IS from university of London and work here since last 5 years but still it is long way to go for Nationality and because they are changing immigration policy again this year so there is no hope of getting ur nationality in near future, apart from this I am married and have a little girl as well and not entitled of claming any benefits which make ur survival difficult, atleast in Canada we can claim benefits and other things from very first day and we know we will get our passport in three years time any way these are the reason of my decision to move Canada.
Thanks
