Urgent | Confusion between Citizenship application form 5(2) AND Citizenship application form 5(1) minors

Hi All,

I'm applying for citizenship for all of the three person (me. my wife and son)
We are all PR. I'm confused which form I should be using form 5(2) or form 5(1)
Appreciate your response, trying to send everything tomorrow.
