Im in canada and i had apply for work permit outside of canada and they ask me to attend an interview in 15 days, can i have the interview somewhere else?or can i reschedule the appointment for later is bad that? should i stay in my country (greece)till i have the answer, How long it takes for the response?

1. No, you can't change the location of the interview.
2. You can request a new interview date. Whether the office will consider it, is another matter.

You can request them for another interview date but it might be of next 8 to 10 months !
