URGENT - Biometrics status not updated and application overdue - very worried

Hello!,

I submitted my Express entry profile online in February 2019 and gave our bio-metrics in March 2019.

When I login to check my status online, it says Bio-metrics have not been received. But I see the Bio-metrics number and expiry details etc in the top right corner with my account number, application number etc..Status of my application is submitted.

1) I reached out to them via IRCC web form and they got back to me saying that they have all the information needed.

2) Application is overdue and approximately a month more than the estimated date and still no updates from them [7 months now]

I am not sure what is happening and how should I proceed. Did anyone face similar issue? Please advice as I am getting really anxious. Please help.

1. As long as they say the have everything they need, you are fine.
2.Sounds like you got picked up to go under extra security screening. There is not much you can do except for waiting. This post discussed the details of this process and what you could do:
