URGENT!!!barcodes not generated on TRV after validation successful

I am not getting the barcodes on trv after completing and validating... This is happening although i have got a pop up message which says validation successful.

But I did get barcodes on my main application form after validation.

This is abouth the form Schedule 1. Please do reply if anyone has got barcodes on last page after validation for this

There are no barcodes in schedule 1

but in the form..when u keep cursor on validate button, it says barcodes will be generated when all values are filled correctly
i have filled all values... have crosschecked
