hey guys, i am a U.S. citizen and am 16 years old. My mother is Canadian and so is my brother. We moved back to Canada around a year back and my parents applied for my P.R. card and it came back now after 9 months saying we did not pay the complete fee. We payed 150$ and they said the fee is supposed to be 550$. But (im not supposed to post links here? idk why but in the link it says) "A family member of the principal applicant who is less than 22 years of age and is not a spouse or common-law partner" the fee is 150$. Am i reading this wrong or did the people at the government office read it wrong and send my application back? also if i cross the border will they bar me from coming into canada? P.S. i am a full time student in Canada with proof so will that help or will i get rouble at the border?

It sounds like the principal applicant is you. Are there any other applicants?
