Urgent application review help

Hi i completed my 10th with 57% in 2012 CBSE
....... 12th in 2014 with commerce with 48% CBSE
graduation in b.a in 2017 with 52% from P.U chandigarh.............. with subjects (english, political science, sociology, public administration)
IELTS score is 6.5 overall no less than 6 in any
......
Now i am applying for post graduate diploma in business management 1year course in Saskatchewan polytechnic......
So is this course match my previous studies the agent told me all the subject in this course are related with ur 12th and socio and public administration in graduation..... But imI still doubtful about this.....
What are the chances of getting a visa moreover i have a gap of 1 year i.e: 2017-2018 in which i was preparing for govt jobs
