Can anyone please tell me that in case of my application get cancelled, do I have to wait for another ITA or should I be okay with my previous one?

Depends, you gotta describe what was incomplete.

if you lied, claiming that you had it but you didn't then you will probably not get another chance due to misinterpretation.

My PCC was incomplete, it was not showing my complete address history.

If you've been rejected you have to create a new profile and you will be back in the pool.

The only difference being that you will receive your processing fees refunded.

You still have to create a new profile.

This is because you probably haven't submitted the complete EE profile.

My PCC was incomplete, it was not showing my complete address history.

I'd say call CIC to get clarification if all fails, lawyer up.

I'm sure you can find an electricity or rent bill somewhere if it was longer than 6 months per address.
