URGENT am i eligible for CEC for permenant Residancy

I was working as a Shift Manager in Burger King Winnipeg Manitoba NOC 6311 since December 2012, and last October 2013 i got promoted to an Assistant Manager NOC 0631. Am I eligible to apply for Permanent Residency under Canadian Experience Class
when i went online for find application form, it says that we can not use NOC 6311 for CEC

Welcome to the forum - I see you are new here.
Just so you're aware, this isn't really an urgent question.
If you are employed on noc 0631, you are eligible for CEC in October 2014
You have checked the website and it says cannot apply under noc 6311 so therefore you are not eligible at this time.
