Urgent advice needed: Temporary Visit Visa

Hi, I'd sent my application for applying temporary Visit Visa. I'd received email to perform a medical check up.
The early appointment for my medical is on 14/9/18.
May I enquire, it will take how long to get back my passport once they have receive my medical report? as my flight is on 22/9/18.

There is no way to know the time, some people get approved as soon as medical is cleared some remain there for a month, but I doubt you will be able to make that flight.
