I got a request in my PR application today to provide following documents within a week.

1. Bank statement from Jan 2010 to Jan 2012.
2. Pay stub from june 2010 to dec 2012.
3. Wedding pictures.

Now I have 3rd. But I didn't have any bank account at the time for period requested by cic. What should I do?

Also for second my salary was paid in cash, I can still probably get pay stub bt paid cash would create any issue?

It is what it is. Provide the pay stubs and explain in a LOE that you were paid in cash and your bank account situation.

IMO they want to see the bank statements to see the salary deposits, in this case though even if you had them they wouldn't get much information from them as you got paid in cash.

that's excatly what they want to verify that I am not lying about job I claimed for that period and probably because it overlaps with my bachelor education and I have never mentioned that job earlier in my study or work permit.

Then do your best to get those pay stubs and other proof (tax returns if possible)

Are you a pnp applicant?

Is it possible not to provide the documents and let application be refused?

I can create new profile after that without complicated job that overlaps with education and go with that profile.
I do have enough points even without that job and if i get ita I will put that job under personal history.

He is being asked to provide bank statements to prove that he got paid in the job that he did while doing his studies.

This has nothing to do with POF.

If you are confident enough that your application will get through by proving your work permit and the job you did, go ahead.
Else, it is better to decline at this stage before it gets rejected because you are sure to get an ITA in the next draw with the CRS you have.

I did provide marriage certificate, funny enough my wife is here with me in canada on dependent work permit so I find it strange that now they are asking for proof of relationship.

Regarding POF like Del said it's mostly because they need proof of job not for funds as CEC aren't required to provide that.

The letter I got from cic it says if additional documents are not provided applications can be refused as incomplete.

Should I just let it be refused as incomplete and create new profile? My CRS is 453 without the job experience for which cic is asking me to provide additional information

For that job you claimed points for - I am assuming it wasn't in Canada. How did you prove it during eAPR stage? to be more clear - what documents did you upload for that job

Hi Batman

If you are going to retain the same points without the Job Experience proofs they are asking for, may be write a LOE saying the same what you just posted and ask them to drop this from consideration under Work History & add it to personal history and leave it VO to take a decision.

And get a reference letter for that period(if you haven't already, which is unlikely), may be someone to vouch for you as proof and gather other documents to submit along.

Who knows, they might probably accept it. This is how I feel about it. And may be contact @raj, @stanlee and others through PM
