My spouse is added to my PR application now and CIC has requested for the required documents. My husband lived in Japan for five years and he would require PCC for Japan. Japan embassy, New Delhi has asked for two months time to issue a PCC. But, CIC has given us a 30 days time period to upload all the documents. What can we do now?
