URGENT! Adding a dependent to an already Decision made Application

Good day....

Question on behalf of a friend, My husband is filing for me but we had the child as non accompanying dependant. The thing is my ECAS now says DM.

Ques 1... Can I add my 5 year old daughter as accompanying now being Im at DM?

Ques 2.. How soon after I become a PR can I sponsor her?

Ques 3... Can my husband go ahead now and file for her as a separate application?

Your child was declared as non-accompanying at first? And now you want to include her as accompanying? What has changed?

the thing is she was having issues with the father to sign the documents but he lives in england. He is now here in her country and I wanted to capitalize on the timing and get those things signed. If he coorperates now and sign the form can we proceed as listed.

Yes she was listed as non acconpanying n had done her medical already

1. Send a Webform to change the child to accompanying.

2. Right away.

3. Your husband can't sponsor the child.

Also for question nunb 1, will adding her delay the process more being im already at DM?
