[URGENT] 23 cm x 30.5 cm (9″ x 12″) envelope too small to put all docs in it?

Gonna sent out my application soon, but
I can't put my docs in the assigned size envelop.
Does anyone have the same problem as mine?

You can use a slightly larger envelope. Its not a problem.

I am using a bubble envelope which is 3 to 4 inches larger in each dimension.
