I applied for permanent residence after receiving 1TA on 23rd December last year .I have still not received biometric request .What should I do ?

You have to wait since as far as I know it will take around 2 month to get the Biometrics appointment .( It will be done through Service Canada ).

Check AOR Dec 2023 thread, plenty of folks who haven't received BIL yet. Pretty common to receive BIL late now but the application is moving forward. Stop labelling something as "Urgent!" when it is not.
