Urgency medical to allow for a quicker processing time of an application

The application would be for my common law wife and likely for her children from a previous marriage.

My thought would be to do an IN land application, that way your wife and her kids can be in Canada while its being processed. If I'm wrong, then I hope someone corrects me

It has not been submitted, but I am asking what is the very quickest way that I can bring them to Canada , which application kind would be quickest. And how to work it to get quicker processing time and how long the processing time might. (regular applications average 36 months from her countrY

I'm assuming she is non visa-exempt and needs a TRV to enter Canada. The chances of being approved for a TRV when she has a Canadian citizen spouse and children are low.
