If I im registered in a university say fall semester, one day holiday falls such as independence day, during that one day im allowed to work full day on that holiday or I have to maintain the criteria of 20hrs/week? Remember that this holiday falls when my term studies are in progress, and holiday is of one day.

If I will work full day on that holiday,then criteria of 20hrs/week cant be matched with it. I would definately exceed 20hrs/week criteria during season of study by only working on one day offical holiday

No - you certainly cannot work a full day on the holiday and exceed 20 hours per week. You can still only work 20 hours per week - even if that week includes a holiday.

The only time you can legally work more than 20 hours per week is when you are on summer holidays and taking a break from school for several months.

FYI - Canada does not celebrate Independence Day. This is a US holiday.

what is the length of spring/summer term of masters of engineering program MENG if am enrolled part time? 1 month or 2 months?UREGINA
