Can somebody guide through process. My brother recieved pp request for his trv application filed online. He is in US. so he can send to newyork or la ;but both procedure are different.
HE sent to new york consulate address given through ups . Does he have to send to vac ; thas the procedure given under la so we didnt follow that. Please help
