Urdu nikah mama query - urgent

hi everyone,
I want to know that for Pakistani urdu nikah nama- what do we need to upload ?

(1) original urdu nikah nama
(2) certified copy of urdu nikah nama
(3) translation of urdu nikah nama
(4) affidavit by translator

OR

(1)certified copy of urdu nikah nama
(2) translation of urdu nikah nama
(3) affidavit by translator

If you have the Marriage Registration Certificate issued by NADRA, it will work. Try to get that. Otherwise, original nikah nama, its notarized copy, notarized translation and notarized affidavit by the translator have to be provided.

I provided both the NADRA issued certificate and Urdu Nikah Nama along with translation.

I have marriage registration certificate. But few people said to upload the original nikah nama along as cic ask for it at the later stage.

i did not upload...and they do not need it perhaps...infact urdu nikah nama is simple document and nadra marriage certificate is govt based..upto u..
