I have to sponsor my husband and they asking for maximum of 20 wedding pics. They want a brief description at the back of each photo. Do we need to write the names of everyone present in that photo? What do they mean by description

Just describe the event and general description of who is in the picture (ie: brother and his wife and children, my mom and dad and new in laws).

Should we mention their names? The check list is not very clear with it. Do we mention the names of the people in those photos?

You can mention relationship. Like, “From left to right in the pic: Mother, brother......”. This will definitely helps to know that what relatives joined you in thr ceremony.

I wrote the names of the people in my pictures and in brackets I put the relationship to me...I.e. Scott (Brother in law)

I wrote the first/last name of everyone in photo. Date of photo and what is pictured eg. Wedding Reception Dinner August 14, 2017. When choosing photos, it helps to choose ones where sponsor/applicant are both in it with other people as it proves that others are aware of your relationship.
