My husband (Egyptian working in Saudi Arabia), has just been approved for his PRV. He would like to come to Canada in October for a month long visit, but wants to return to Saudi Arabia to tie up loose ends. How long will it be before he receives his PRV, and how long will he have to wait before he can return to S.A. to tie up those loose ends? Thanks for any answers you can help me with.
