I received a re-medical request on 21st September 2020 and had my medical done, promptly, on 22nd itself.
I have the receipts from the Doctor which I wanted to upload on my online CIC account, but I am unable to do so. I don't see the option to upload new set of docs in the "“Documents submitted by the client” page.

@legalfalcon please help.

I have raised the webform. Should I mail the NDVO the remed receipts as well???

If you do not have an option to the documents in your MyCIC account, just send them via webform, and once you have already done so, no need to do anything else.

You just have to wait it out now.

Hi Agastya,

I am also facing the same issue. I am not able to find any option to upload my remedical document. Can you please tell me how did you upload it? It will be really helpful.

Thanks

Hi, I informed CIC via webform and attached the receipt of the medical done.

@legalfalcon, please help.
I received a remedical request but I'm traveling now, can I upload the acknowledgement of the test received from the centre in the 3rd week when I give it? The letter said I have 30 days to get the test done but the centre said they take 12-15 days to upload the results.
So I'll be giving the test on the 27th or 28th day from the letter received, and uploading it on the same day itself via a webform.
Will that be okay?
