Uploading Police Certificate to IRCC account

Hey all,

I have submitted my IEC application, and since my Police Certificate hadn't yet arrived I instead uploaded proof of applying for it. It has now arrived but I can't work out where I am able to upload it on my account. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
