Uploaded Optional Still doesn't show on application?? (IEC)

I submitted my IEC profile a few weeks ago, I have checked / refresh the page multiple times daily, the optional document doesn't appear anywhere at all.

I saw a few threads on this issue however they are dated back in 2018. I was wondering is this bug still hasn't been fixed?
