Hello all,

I recently submitted a PR application and received a Request Letter asking for further information. (I already posted about all of that and it's fine).

The thing is, I now have a PDF of exactly what they are looking for and have nowhere to upload it. They've given me 7 days (6 days left).

I did the following:

a) Sent a technical difficulties enquiry from my CIC homepage
b) Uploaded my PDF through Case Specific Enquires under Overseas-PR-FSW
c) Uploaded screenshots through Case Specific Enquires under Technical Inquires [showing that I cannot upload files in any of my application pages (neither where I put in Personal Information nor Document Upload page or anywhere else)]

The problem is, I'm worried that I won't hear back from CSE within the remaining 6 days as they sent me an email saying it takes at least 10 business days.

I wouldn't want to get rejected because I couldn't send them a file that I have sitting nicely in my desktop. :/

Has anyone faced a similar dilemma?
 
Wait for the 10 business days to pass. Then follow up with a phone call.
 
If CIC asked you to upload a document, they'd have added a placeholder for that in your post ITA application. Fiddle around for a while and you should be able to find that tucked in somewhere.
 
I've searched every corner of my application pages and it's pretty much inactive. All I can do is View Submitted Application :/

For inputting details, every section says "Transmitted" in red letters and the only two buttons at the bottom are "Continue" and "View and Exit".

I click "Continue" and go to the "Documents submitted by the client" page. All files are "Provided" in green letters and the only button on the page is "Exit Questionnaire". There is nothing else there.

For the Application/profile details page; it says on my status "No additional documents needed at this time" which has actually not changed before and after they sent me a "Request Letter" message. I sent CSE a screenshot of both things being on the same page.

Weird!

I'm sure you're doing this right based on what you've written here but there is always a placeholder which opens up when CIC sends you a request. And the status changes to 'Documents required' or something like that.
 
Lucky me haha. I was warned that the website has many issues, but I didn't think I'd be backed into a corner so easily.
