I had my upfront medicals yesterday though i already applied for my study permit on October 7, 2021. I collected an e-medical form after the medical test.
I am to use webform for uploading it. In the webform, i saw many options for enquiries. Which one should i select (1) "temporary residence/study permit" and (2) "replacement of documents/amendment to documents and verification of status of documents". Please, which one fits into my own case in either (1) or (2)?
