Did u check ur gcms notes before going for it. Only do it if u see eligibility pass

Thanks.. As per my gcms notes last month, eligibility hasn't even started.. Am awaiting one more notes by end of this month.. May be i'll wait for that.. But is it possible to do upfront in Canada? I heard through one of my friend it is possible only when applying outside Canada.. He says even if we do it here we will not have any proof with us that we did it..
