I know it says NOT to do the medical upfront, but some says it can shorten the process.
Anyone have any experience with it?

Also, what do they do if she is pregnant? Exempt from the Xray?

Thanks

It is impossible to take an upfront medical since December 2016. You will have to wait until you are requested to get one. Pregnant women are not exempt from the chest x-ray exam, but they can take it, since it doesn't cause any problems to the baby nor the mother. If the woman in particular chooses not to take the exam for whatever reason, the process will be put on hold until she takes the exam.
